NOTE: it’s entirely up to you which method (email or video call) you choose for which category (skincare or makeup). Unsure of what to choose? I suggest you think about which area you feel most unsure of. For instance:

• are you quite happy with your skin, and just think your routine could use a freshen up? Whereas properly blended foundation application continues to elude you? Let’s email about skin and Zoom about makeup.
